Renewal invitation procedures for the 2018/19 season

If you already have personal accident insurance for your team(s) with the NGIS for the 2017/18 season (policy expiry date 30 June 2018) you will receive a direct renewal notification from Bluefin Sport either by email (if you provided us with an email address) or by post (if no email address provided). Our renewal notification will explain how you can easily renew or amend your covers for the 2018/19 season and you should hear from us at least 6 weeks prior to the policy renewal date.

Online renewal facility 

For those wishing to renew online, our website gives you the ability to create an online account so you can review your current policy cover and renew your policy. By renewing online you will receive your documentation instantly and your County FA will also be automatically notified (provided your County FA supports the NGIS).

The first time you use the online renewal facility you will be required to register your new account and you will automatically be issued with a password via email. We recommend that you change the password to something more memorable and secure.

How can I access my renewal online?

When you receive your renewal invitation via email it will contain a unique link to access your renewal details. Please note that this will be a ‘one time only’ link so it will only work once. As soon as you click the link it will set up your online account and you will be emailed a password. Your account username will be the registered club contact email address that we have on our files.

I have not received my renewal email, or, the renewal email link no longer works.

Simply select ‘forgotten password’ at the account login page. (Please note the password will be sent to the email account we currently have registered for the club). Once you receive your new account password you will be able to access your renewal information online.

My renewal quotation has expired

If your club/team was insured via the NGIS for the 2017/18 season your policy will have expired on 30 June 2018. Therefore if you are trying to renew your policy after 30 June 2018 you will see a message on screen advising that your quote has expired. Simply opt to get a new quote and follow the instructions on screen. You will be required to insert the number of teams to be insured and level of cover in order to obtain a quotation and purchase a new policy.

I have lost/forgotten my account password, or, I am the new club contact

If you have forgotten/lost your password please select ‘forgotten password’at the account login page.

If the club secretary or contact has changed since last season then please contact us at nationalgame@bluefinsport.co.uk or call 0345 872 5060 (9am to 5pm Mon to Fri) so that we can update our records and set up an online account for you. Alternatively, you can select ‘New Quote’ option on the account login page to start from fresh.
